NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION
(Pursuant to F.P.R. 5.240)
The administration of the estate of GINNY JOHNSON, deceased, File Number 13-CP-408, is pending in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 9346, Fort Myers, Florida 33902. The names and addresses of the co-personal representatives and the co-personal representatives' attorney are set forth below.
The estate is testate and a will dated September 26, 2011 in on file with the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All persons on whom this notice is served who have objections that challenge the validity of the will, the qualifications of the personal representatives, venue, or jurisdiction of this Court are required to file their objections with the Court in the manner provided in the Florida Probate Rules WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM, OR THOSE OBJECTIONS ARE FOREVER BARRED.
Any person entitled to exempt property is required to file a petition for determination of exempt property WITHIN THE LATER OF FOUR MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF ANY PROCEEDING INVOLVING THE CONSTRUCTION, ADMISSION TO PROBATE, OR VALIDITY OF THE WILL OR INVOLVING ANY OTHER MATTER AFFECTING ANY PART OF THE ESTATE SUBJECT TO F.S. 732.402, OR THE RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY IS DEEMED WAIVED.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons, who have claims or demands against decedent's estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, and who have been served a copy of this notice, must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons who have claims or demands against the decedent's estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED IN THE MANNER PRESCRIBED BY THE FLORIDA PROBATE RULES WILL BE FOREVER BARRED; AND ALL RIGHTS NOT SO ASSERTED WILL BE FOREVER DEEMED WAIVED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CREDITOR CLAIM TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
