Thence North 88 degrees 20' East along the South line of said Lot 2 a distance of 94.18 feet;
" North 36 degrees 34' West a distance of 27.20 feet;
" North 19 degrees 40' West a distance of 26.70 feet;
" North 5 degrees 40' West a distance of 34.30 feet
