Boston Express Bus is seeking public comments in regard to proposed system-wide fare increases, pursuant to 49 U.S.C. 53 Section 5307(d)(1)(I) Urbanized Area Formula Grants. A brief summary of the proposed fare increases is as follows:
$1 increase in one-way fares
$2 increase in round-trip fares
$5 - $7 increase in 10-ride commuter passes (21-day and 40-day options)
$15 increase in monthly pass (unlimited rides)
