The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) is announcing three-year competitive grants authorized under Title II of WIOA, Public Law 113-128, available to eligible providers within the Commonwealth of Virginia. For more details and the grant application, refer to

The grant funds will be available July 1, 2020, for two opportunities: Adult Education with Corrections Education and Other Institutionalized Individuals and Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education.
The WIOA Pre-Proposal Grants Awards Webinar for prospective applicants will be January 24, 2020 from 1 to 3 p.m. Webinar participation instructions are available in the application (page 4).

The object of this suit is to fully and completely terminate all residual parental rights of Michael Paul Haymond, the father, to the female child born to Nina Haymond on November 11, 2005. Based on an affidavit filed herein, the Court finds that there exists sufficient grounds for causing service of process by publication. Said Michael Paul Haymond, the father, is hereby notified that his failure to appear on the hereinafter noticed date and at the time may result in entry of an order terminating his residual parental rights with respect to said child. Michael Paul Haymond, the father, is hereby notified that if his residual parental rights with respect to said child are terminated, he will no longer have any legal rights with respect to said child, including, but not limited to, the right to visit with said child or have any authority with respect to the care and supervision of said child. Further, Michael Paul Haymond, the father, will have no legal and/or financial obliections with respect to said child. Further, as a result of the termination of Michael Paul Haymond, the father's, residual parental rights, the Department of Social Services of Warren County, Virginia, may be granted the authority to place said child for adoption and consent ot the adoption of said child.

Notice shall be published for four consecutive weeks in the Northern Virginia Daily.

This notice by order of publication is being provided pursuant to Section 16.1-263(A), Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.
