That Turning Point Counseling Services, Inc., an Ohio Nonprofit Corporation, with its principal place of business at 611 Belmont Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502 has dissolved by majority vote of its Board of Directors on 9/20/2019. The Dissolution shall be effective December 1, 2019.
Mr. Scott Essad, Chairperson is authorized to wind up and liquidate the affairs of the Corporation. By unanimous vote of the Board of Directors, all assets have been transferred to Coleman Professional Services, Inc., on January 1, 2018 after creditors have been paid.
