NOTICE OF SABAL SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. FOR PRESERVATION OF USE RESTRICTIONS AND CONVENANTS UNDER THE MARKETABLE RECORD TITLE ACT

COMES NOW the Board of Directors for the Sabal Springs Homeowner's Association, inc. and hereby confirms, and ratifies that on June 12, 2018 the Board of Directors for Sabal Springs, after due noticed passed unanimously the following the Motion for Preservation of the Use Restrictions and Covenants under the Marketable Record Title Act.

BE IT KNOWN THAT Sabal Springs Homeowner's Association, Inc., hereby gives Notice under s. 720.3032 Florida Statutes, to preserve and protect covenants and restrictions from extinguishment under the Marketable Record Title Act, chapter 712, Florida Statues.

1. Legal name of association: SABAL SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.

2. Mailing and physical addresses of association: 3410 Clubview Dr., N. Fort Myers, Florida 33917.

3. Name, address, and telephone number for management company: Alliant Property Management, LLC, 13831 Vector Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida 33907 - (239) 454-1101.

4. This notice constitutes a notice to preserve and protect covenants or restrictions affecting the community or association from extinguishment under the Marketable Record Title Act.

5. The following covenants or restrictions affecting the community which the association desires to be preserved from extinguishment are:

Sabal Springs Homeowners' Association, Inc., (the "Association") located at 3410 Clubview Drive, North Fort Myers, Florida 33917, along with its management company Alliant Property Management, LLC, 13831 Vector Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida (239) 454-1101 has taken action and will be taking further action to ensure that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Sabal Springs Homeowners' Association, Inc., recorded in Official Records Book 2022, Page(s) 4422-4450 as amended on February 2004 and recorded in Instrument Number 6158565 amended on March 26, 2013 of Lee County Florida and recorded in Instrument number 201300069039 and again on March 4, 2016, and recorded in Instrument Number 2016000046273 of the Public Records of Lee County, currently burdening the property of each and every member of the Association, retains its status as the source of marketable title with regard to the transfer of a member's residence. To this end, the Association shall cause the notice required by Chapter 712, Florida Statutes, to be recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Copies of this notice at available through the association pursuant to the Association governing documents regarding the official records of the Association and the applicable statute.

6. The legal description of the community affected by the listed covenants or restriction:
