The object of this suit is to enforce the liens for taxes assessed by the County of Shenandoah, Virginia, against certain real property identified as Tax Map Nos. 025A403 006, 025A404 005, 035A202S005 005, and 025A104B004 27 (collectively, the "Parcels") situated in Shenandoah County, Virginia, and more particularly described in the Complaint of County of Shenandoah v. Shirley A. Tolbert, et al.

And, affidavit having been made and filed in accordance with § 8.01-316 that the Complaint states that there are or may be persons whose names are unknown interested in the subject real property because they are the heirs, devisees, and successors in title of Shirley A. Tolbert, and that such persons have been named as Defendant Parties Unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendant Parties Unknown appear on or before twenty-four (24) days after entry of this Order and do whatever is necessary to protect their interests in said land.

It is further ORDERED pursuant to § 8.01-321 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, that this Order of Publication be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Northern Virginia Daily, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Shenandoah and that a copy be posted at the front door of the courthouse at Woodstock, Virginia.
