All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining, lying and being situate in the County of Warren, Virginia, being known and designated as Lot No. 176 in the subdivision known as Shenandoah Farms, Ridge Section, as the same is duly platted and recorded in the land records of the Circuit Court of Warren County, Virginia and per revision dated July 7, 1961. And being the same real property conveyed to George J. Thiergartner by deed dated October 16, 1995, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Warren County Circuit Court on October 16, 1995, in Instrument No. 9505184.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 119, at Page 39; Deed Book 123, at Page 69; Deed Book 140, at Page 277; and Chancery Order 96-30-00.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: George J Thiergartner, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 4208 Rancho Centro, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87120; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

The addressees are hereby notified that they are or may be a record interest holder of the oil and gas lease from Mary E. Kulp, a widow, to Steuben Energy, dated January 6, 1982, and recorded in Volume 15, Page 8182 of the Trumbull County Records ("the Lease"), encumbering the following property:
Situated in Sec. No. 9-10, Township of Mesopotamia, County of Trumbull, and State of Ohio, bounded substantially as follows:
On the North by the lands of County Line, J. Elwood
On the East by the lands of Grand River, Julius Weil
