The location of the proposed injection well is Bobcat Hubbard #1 at Section 35, Hubbard Township, Trumbull County, Ohio. The proposed well will inject into the Knox through Conasauga Formations at a depth of 7,800 to 8,700 feet. The average injection is estimated to be 3,000 barrels per day. REVENUE BOND FINANCING BY THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE TOWN OF FRONT ROYAL AND THE COUNTY OF WARREN
VIRGINIA FOR THE BENEFIT OF ROYAL ARMS
COMMUNITY PARTNERS, LP

Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Development Authority of the Town of Front Royal and the County of Warren, Virginia (the "Authority"), whose address is 400D Kendrick Lane, Front Royal, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on the application of Royal Arms Community Partners, LP (the "Borrower"), a Virginia limited partnership whose address is 17782 Sky Park Circle, Irvine, California 92614, for the issuance by the Authority of up to $17,000,000 of its revenue bonds at one time or from time to time in one or more series to assist the Borrower in (a) financing or refinancing certain of the costs of acquisition, construction, rehabilitation and equipping of an approximately 144-unit affordable housing complex comprised of four, three-story buildings and a pool/maintenance building consisting of approximately 141,353 gross total square feet located on approximately 9.5356 acres at 401 East Criser Road, Front Royal, Virginia and (b) financing bond issuance costs and other eligible expenditures (collectively, the "Project").

The issuance of revenue bonds as requested by the Borrower will not constitute a debt or pledge of the faith and credit of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Town of Front Royal, Virginia, the County of Warren, Virginia or any other political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, including the Authority, and neither the faith and credit nor the taxing power of the Commonwealth of Virginia or any political subdivision thereof will be pledged to the payment of such bonds.

The public hearing, which may be continued or adjourned, will be held at 8:00 o'clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Friday, October 26, 2018, before the Authority, in the Conference Room at its offices located at 400D Kendrick Lane, Front Royal, Virginia. Any person interested in the issuance of the bonds or the location or nature of the proposed Project may appear at the hearing and present his or her views, or submit written comments prior to the hearing to the Executive Director of the Authority, 400D Kendrick Lane, Front Royal, Virginia 22630-2910. Information regarding the Borrower's application is on file and is open for inspection at the Authority's offices located at 400D Kendrick Lane, Front Royal, Virginia, during business hours.
