LIMITATION
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Resolution Nos. 8-2018 and 10-2018 of the Board of Education of Lakeview Local School District, Ohio, adopted on June 11, 2018, and July 16, 2018, respectively, there will be submitted to a vote of the electors of said School District at an election to be held in said School District at the regular places of voting therein, on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, the question of renewing an existing tax levy in the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars ($890,000) per year for a period of 10 years for the purpose of providing for the emergency requirements of the School District. If a majority of the voters voting thereon vote in favor thereof, that tax will commence in 2019, and be first due in calendar year 2020.
The estimated tax outside of the ten-mill limitation necessary to raise that annual amount as certified by the County Auditor is 3.2 mills for each one dollar valuation, which amounts to 32 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation.
The polls for said election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and will remain open until 7:30 p.m. of said day.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Resolutions of the Board of Trustees of the Township of Gustavus, Ohio, passed on June 19, 2018 and on June 27, 2018, Resolution Nos. 2018-50 and 2018-53, respectively, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of said subdivision at the general election to be held in said Township of Gustavus, Trumbull County, Ohio, at the regular places of voting therein, on Tuesday, the 6th day of November, 2018, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten-mill limitation, for the benefit of said Township, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 5705.03, 5705.19(T) and 5705.191 for the purpose of maintaining and operating cemeteries in said Township.
