ELECTION ON TAX LEVY IN EXCESS
OF THE TEN-MILL LIMITATION

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Resolutions of the Board of Trustees of the Township of Mesopotamia, Ohio, passed on June 17, 2017 and on July 3, 2017, Resolutions Nos. 008-17 and 010-17, respectively, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of said subdivision at a general election to be held in said Township at the regular places of voting therein, on the 7th day of November, 2017, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten-mill limitation, for the benefit of said Township, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 5705.03, 5705.19(A) and 5705.191 for the purpose of current expenses of said Township.
Said tax being a renewal tax at the annual tax rate of 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a five (5) year period, commencing in January 2018, first due in calendar year 2019.
The polls for said Election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. of said day.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Resolutions of the Board of Trustees of the Township of Bloomfield, Ohio, passed on June 12, 2017 and on June 20, 2017, Resolutions Nos. 2017-64 and 2017-68 respectively, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of said subdivision at a general election to be held in said Township at the regular places of voting therein, on the 7th day of November, 2017, the question of levying a renewal tax, in excess of the ten-mill limitation, for the benefit of said Township, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 5705.03, 5705.19(I) and 5705.191, for the purpose of providing and maintaining fire apparatus, appliances, buildings or sites therefore, or sources of water supply and materials therefore, or the establishment and maintenance of lines of fire alarm telegraph, or the payment of permanent, part-time or volunteer firefighters personnel or fire fighting companies to operate the same, including the payment of the firefighter em- ployer's contribution required for under section 742.34 of the Ohio Revised Code or to purchase ambulance equipment, or to provide ambulance, paramedic or emergency medical services operated by a fire department or fire fighting company.
Said tax being a renewal tax at a rate not exceeding 2.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.25 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a 5 year period of time, commencing in January 2018, first due in calendar year 2019.
The polls for said Election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. of said day.
