ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to fully and completely terminate all residual parental rights of Mike Edward Haymond, the father, to the female child born to Nina Haymond on July 2, 2008. Based on an affidavit filed herein, the Court finds that there exists sufficient grounds for causing service of process by publication. Said Mike Edward Haymond, the father, is hereby notified that his failure to appear on the hereinafter noticed date and at the time may result in entry of an order terminating his residual parental rights with respect to said child. Mike Edward Haymond, the father, is hereby notified that if his residual parental rights with respect to said child are terminated, he will no longer have any legal rights with respect to said child, including, but not limited to, the right to visit with said child or have an authority with respect to the care and supervision of said child. Further, Mike Edward Haymond, the father, will have no legal and/or financial obligations with respect to said child. Further, as a result of the termination of Mike Edward Haymond, the father's, residual parental rights, the Department of Social Services of Warren County, Virginia, may be granted the authority to place said child for adoption and consent to the adoption of said child.

Notice shall be published for four consecutive weeks in the Northern Virginia Daily.

This notice by order of pubilcation is being provided pursuant to Section 16.1-263(A), Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.

It is ordered that Mike Edward Haymond, the father, appear at the above-named Court to protect his interests on or before the 14th day of February, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
