COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Mahoning County intends to apply to the Ohio Department of Development for funding under the FY 2020 CDBG Community Development Program. The County is eligible to receive $672,000 under the Community Development Allocation Program. On March 19, 2020, the County held Public Hearing #1 to discuss funding eligibility and general program requirements.
The following projects will be included in the Community Development Allocation application:

Beaver Township - Woodworth Neighborhood Improvements, Phase 1 - $96,960.00 (LMI)

Craig Beach - Grandview Road Improvements, Phase 1 - $93,000.00 (LMI)

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to fully and completely terminate all residual parental rights of Janis Doreen Diaz, the mother, of the female child born on November 25, 2003. Based on the affidavit filed herein, the Court finds that there exist sufficient grounds for causing service of process by publication. Said Janis Doreen Diaz, the mother, is hereby notified that her failure to appear on the hereinafter noticed date and at the time may result in entry of a dispositional order authorization termination of her residual parents rights with respect to said child. Janis Doreen Diaz, the mother, is hereby notified that if her residual parental rights with respect to said child are terminated, she will no longer have any legal rights with respect to said child, including, but not limited to, the right to visit with said child or have any authority with respect to the care and supervision of said child. Further, Janis Doreen Diaz, the mother, will have no legal and/or financial oblications with respect to said child. Further, as a result of the termination of Janis Doreen Diaz's, the mother's, residual parental rights, the Department of Social Services of Warren County, Virginia, may be granted the authority to place said child for adoption and consent to the adoption of said child.

Notice shall be published for four consecutve weeks in the Northern Virginia Daily.

This notice by order of publication is being provided pursuant to Section 16.1-263(A) code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.

It is ordered that Janis Doreen Diaz, the mother, appear at the above named Court to protect his interests on or before the 10th day of July, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
