TO: Parties Unknown, who may be any persons or entities that would assert an ownership interest in the monies in the eight bank accounts.

The object of this suit is to seek a declaratory judgment that the County of Shenandoah owns the monies held in eight bank accounts totaling approximately three million four hundred thousand dollars, which monies were paid to Mountain View Wholesalers, LLC, the Shenandoah County Sheriff, or his investigators in the course of an undercover criminal investigation conducted in Shenandoah County between December 2010 and April 2014, as more particularly described in the Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and other pleadings filed in the Shenandoah County CIrcuit Court in Timothy C.
