The object of the above styled suit is to partition the real estate owned by Plaintiffs and Defendants, pursuant to Section 8.01-81, et seq. of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, that real estate being a tract of real estate containing a total of 8 acres and 128 poles, conveyed to George M. McKenzie and Florence E. McKenzie, husband and wife as Tenants by the Entireties, with the Express Right of Survivorship, by deed dated the 20th day of January, 1951, from William E. Lutz, Single, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Shenandoah County, Virginia, in Deed Book 165, Page 292. Said real estate is designated on the Land Books of Shenandoah County, Virginia, as Tax Map No. 098A A 014.

It appearing by Affidavit filed according to law that due diligence has been exercised on behalf of the Plaintiffs to locate Ricky Hareford, his heirs, successors in interest or assigns, without success, and that the identity and whereabouts of the heirs, successors in interest or assigns of Ricky Hareford, who are unknown, do or may have an interest in the subject matter of this suit, if any such heirs, successors and/or assigns there be.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that Ricky Hareford, if he be living, or if not, then his unknown heirs, devisees, successors in interest and/or assigns, all of whom are made parties to this cause and proceeded against under the general description of the "Parties Unknown", appear on or before the 9th day of April, 2019, at the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Shenandoah County, Virginia, to do what is necessary to protect their interests herein.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above portion of this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Northern Virginia Daily, a newspaper having a general circulation in Shenandoah County, Virginia, and that this Order be posted at the front door of the Shenandoah County Circuit Courthouse, Woodstock, Virginia.
