The object of this suit is to quiet and establish title to certain real estate by Kenneth M. Orndorff, Jr. and JoAnne Orndorff (aka JoAnn Orndorff), and Gary M. Orndorff and Teresa R. Orndorff, the tracts containing .346 acre and .455 acres respectively, which tracts are either adjacent to or bisect the property of the Plaintiffs located approximately .13 miles from the Strasburg Reservoir Road. Copies of the plats showing the tracts of land involved in this litigation are filed in the Court File for this matter.

It appears from an Affidavit filed in this matter that the names and the addresses of the Defendants are unknown and because there are or may be persons whose names are unknown who have an interest in the subject matter of this suit, those persons having been made Defendant by the general description "parties unknown". The Plaintiffs claim that they and their predecessors in title have claimed title to the parcel containing .346 acre and .455 acre respectively, for a period in excess of 20 years and that their claims of title have been adverse, uninterrupted, actual, exclusive, continued, visible, notorious, and hostile for a period in excess of 20 years.

It is therefore ORDERED that the Defendants herein appear before this Court on the 7th day of September, 2018, to protect their interest herein. It is further ORDERED that the foregoing be published in The Northern Virginia Daily, a newspaper of general circulation in Shenandoah County, Virginia, once a week for a period of four successive weeks.
